Completed Mini Hyrox!

After 4 attempts I have finally completed the Mini Hyrox (50%) within the 40 minute time cap! Aided a little bit by the fact that the 500m running track (a 125m out and back course *2 laps) was shortened slightly to only 400m by the gym neighbour's closing their gate.
I had everything at the Open weights: Sled at 152kg, Wall ball at 14lb, Farmers carry at 24kg and Deadball (no sandbags) lunges at 20kg. However, the gym doesn't have the facilities to do the sled pull so they substitute it with 6 rope pulls (lower and raise yourself off the ground using only your arms and a rope, while keeping your body straight).
One reason I think I was able to make the time with 2m30s to spare is that I started using my garmin smartwatch to record the time for each event. Using the "indoor track" settings showing the overall time and each lap time I could see my total time and I can start a new lap every time I enter and exit a functional exercise. Therefore the 400m runs are actually a little more because it is my time from leaving one station to returning to the next one. It gave me a target for each run and for each station with a sense of urgency. I definitely recommend doing this for your training
